We’re looking for a dedicated and professional freelancer to help manage our clients. This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are consistently met. It is a full-time position that requires excellent spoken English—please do not apply if your English is not fluent or have bad accent.

Your Role
You will guide clients through our entire process and support them with anything they may need along the way. To ensure you’re fully equipped, you’ll begin by working closely with our founders, who will personally train you.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via video calls (camera required)
- Support clients and assist with account management
- Use creativity and independence to solve problems
- Research new tools and strategies to improve the process

Ideal Skills and Experience
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Confident and professional on video calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and resourceful problem-solver
- Stable and reliable internet connection
