The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time remote role. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll focus on engaging potential clients, promoting our services, and driving growth. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and are skilled in cold calling and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services and explaining how we can help reduce their commercial property taxes.
Present our services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
Manage high call volumes, handling conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
Follow a structured sales script where necessary, while adapting your approach to client responses.
Guide potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing.
Maintain detailed records of all calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
Schedule and conduct follow-ups via phone and email to nurture leads.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused remote work culture.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals with a background in sales who thrive in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of expertise, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to excel in this role:
Sales and Cold Calling Expertise: Preferably 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or cold calling, with a proven ability to confidently engage prospects, handle high call volumes, and drive results.
Resilience and Determination: A positive mindset with the ability to handle rejection gracefully, stay motivated, and consistently pursue sales goals.
Relationship Building Skills: A natural ability to foster trust, build rapport, and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
Proficiency in Remote Work Tools: Strong ability to leverage a variety of technology platforms to stay organized and productive in a remote environment. This includes:
Managing client interactions and tracking progress using CRM systems.
Connecting effectively with clients and team members through communication tools like email, messaging apps, and video conferencing software.
Prioritizing tasks and ensuring productivity using task management tools.
Adapting quickly to new technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Exceptional English Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: A proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve measurable goals, both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach when logging client interactions, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Adaptability and Learning Agility: A willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes, tools, and market demands to stay effective in the role.
Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering value through our services.
Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and clients.
Self-Motivation and Independence: A disciplined work ethic, with the ability to manage time effectively, stay focused, and deliver consistent results in a remote setting.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly base: $5 - $8 per hour, based on experience.
Performance-Based Pay: In addition to base pay, you’ll have the opportunity to earn significant performance-based commissions. With strong results, you can achieve 2-3x+ your base salary, making this role highly lucrative for top performers.
Full-time remote position with consistent work hours.
