We are looking for a Solution Integrations Specialist for a Canadian client, with solid experience in IT infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will act as the main technical lead during implementations, with responsibility for executing projects, documenting them, and training internal teams.
The position is remote and part-time, under a permanent contract. Occasional out-of-hours availability (nights or weekends) will be required for implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead throughout all stages of project implementation.
Collaborate with Project Managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Draft detailed technical documentation (execution plans, network diagrams, procedures).
Execute and configure solutions following specifications and best practices.
Train internal teams on the implemented solutions.
Monitor progress, adapt to changes, and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining technical quality.
Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions to supervisors.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementations.
Stay up to date with new technologies in the field.
Mandatory Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT project implementations.
Valid technical certifications (at least one of the following):
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 and AZ-801)
Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
Fortinet NSE4 and/or NSE5
Technical or university degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Proven knowledge of:
Cisco Meraki
Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
Language Requirements:
English: strong proficiency (spoken and written)
French: basic to intermediate level
