Hello !! We are a Canadian Company that is looking for English fluent (C1 - C2) individuals to work remotely in our Sales Department. Our company is diverse and employs individuals from across the globe. We are currently seeking a full-time, long-term Sales Representative that can grow with our organization.

Although we focus on long-distance relocations across Canada, we handle local relocation services with ease by leveraging our competitive advantage, our high-quality team members.

Successful applicants must possess a strong sales background working directly with customers over the phone. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, and is a top performer that can work well under pressure.

Job Description:
-Handle inbound calls and leads; no outbound calls.
-100% of sales are completed over the phone.
-Understand and offer clients relevant promotions.
-Build the client a custom quote based on their needs and expectations.
-Book clients into our schedule.
-Promote additional services and materials such as insurance and moving boxes.
-Must learn to be an expert in the moving industry.
-1 month of extensive training.
-Report to our company Sales Manager

Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills is required. Must be able to interpret our clients needs and wants.
-Ability to build value.
-Experience in a sales environment.
-Track record of meeting and exceeding company targets.
-Persuasive abilities.
-Ability to learn our company's software in Sales Force.
-Critical thinker that can make decisions that are in the best interest of our company and the customer.

Compensation
- $18,000.00 USD starting salary.
-1% Commission on services and products that are sold. This is calculated in Canadian Currency. Our minimum expectation is to generate $1,500,000.00 in revenue per calendar year. High performers will generate more than $2,000,000.00 in revenue annually. $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 CAD in commission annually.
-40 hours per week working schedule (Can increase during the Canadian summer months and decrease during the winter months)
-We are open 7 days per week and we expect some weekend availability.
