What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end management of social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
Create Content That Sparks Conversations

Transform raw ideas into dynamic, platform-specific content, including short-form videos, eye-catching visuals, and relatable posts.
Leverage tools like CapCut, Canva, and Figma to create thumb-stopping visuals and videos that resonate with diverse audiences.
Build Thriving Communities

Cultivate vibrant Facebook and WhatsApp groups that foster meaningful interactions.
Design and execute campaigns that activate and expand online communities, turning followers into fans.
Optimize Through Data

Track and analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, identifying opportunities to refine strategies.
Conduct experiments to determine what works best across platforms and formats.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:

Proven experience managing social media channels for a tech-driven company.
A strong ability to simplify complex, technical concepts into content that’s fun, relatable, and shareable.
Proficiency with tools like Premiere Pro (or similar), Illustrator or Canva, and Figma.
Exceptional copywriting skills to craft impactful messages tailored to diverse audiences.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and apply insights to improve campaigns.
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience launching and growing social media profiles from scratch.
Familiarity with advanced analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
