What You’ll Do:
As our Virtual Marketing Expert, your main goal is to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and help manage our paid advertising efforts across Google and Facebook. You’ll be the primary point of contact for both technical SEO and paid digital marketing support.

*** SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform in-depth on-site content audits.
- Implement on-page SEO fixes:
-Meta title and tag rewrites with target keywords.
-Optimized meta descriptions.
-Heading structure (H1–H3) cleanup and keyword alignment.
-Image alt tag optimization.
-Content optimization using relevant keywords and internal linking.
-Broken link fixes, 404 error resolution.
-Technical fixes: indexation, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags.
- Monitor toxic backlinks and disavow as needed.
- Track and report on keyword rankings (weekly reports).
- Provide monthly SEO progress reports with insights and recommendations.

*** Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization
- Optimize GBP listings for all cities (keywords, categories, business
descriptions).
- Add geo-tagged images with latitude-longitude metadata.
- Audit and update citations and online business listings.
- Post weekly GBP updates to boost local visibility.
- Assist with local backlink building to improve map pack rankings.
- Monitor GBP performance and contribute to top-tier local search positioning.

*** Analytics, Attribution & Paid Campaigns
- Assist with UTM tagging across all campaigns.
- Help attribute marketing leads and closed-won deals in Salesforce to
campaign sources.
- Review GA4 dashboards and prepare campaign performance insights.
- Support marketing campaign reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search and display.
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience
targeting, budget management, and creative recommendations.
- Regularly monitor and adjust ads to maximize performance and return on ad
spend (ROAS).

*** Content and Website Support
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts as needed.
- Support copy updates for landing pages and service pages.
- Make light updates on WordPress (content, media, SEO plugins, etc.).
- Assist with posting or scheduling content to Facebook and light social media
management.
- Monitor post engagement and flag opportunities for boosting visibility.

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of SEO experience with a focus on technical and local SEO.
- 2+ years managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with WordPress, SEO plugins, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- Working knowledge of tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush,
Ahrefs, or similar.
- Ability to manage backlinks, citation profiles, and local listings.
- Comfortable working with UTM data and campaign attribution (Salesforce
knowledge is a plus).
- Very strong unassisted English speaking and writing skills for blog content
and page updates.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Available to work full-time during Mountain Time (MST) business hours.
- Can verify they have a proper home office from where they can operate
from.
