Job Title: Paid Media Specialist
Positions Available: 2
Work Modality: The first 60 days in the office. After that, the client is open to remote work.
Language Preference: English only is okay, bilingual is a plus.
Job Summary
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will lead the implementation and optimization of your clients paid search (PPC) marketing programs. You will perform strategic planning, performance analysis, testing, and reporting on all assigned client campaigns using platforms such as Google, Bing, and Facebook. Regular communication with clients and occasional travel for face-to-face meetings are required. By analyzing campaigns and implementing optimizations, you will successfully meet your clients KPIs. Your ability to provide unique solutions for both your clients and the company will produce great results!
Job Expectations (Key Responsibilities)
Manage and be the point of contact for assigned client paid media accounts.
Identify and implement paid media tactics and best practices, including search, display, remarketing, social, and video ads.
Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives through monthly reporting and present recommendations to increase ROI.
Support the New Business and Strategy Departments with sales, organic growth, and client retention.
Delegate tasks to Paid Media Coordinators and Assistants when appropriate.
Pull, analyze, organize, and interpret data.
Clearly and consistently communicate between internal product teams and and external clients.
Research and stay up-to-date on marketing trends.
Job Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years of Paid Media experience.
1+ years of customer service/consulting experience (client-facing role).
Experience with Google search ads is very important. The level of experience with paid media and consulting can vary, but experience with Google search ads is a must.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or another related field.
Certifications:
Google Ads Certification.
Skills (Hard & Soft):
Proven track record of prioritizing, organizing, and multi-tasking in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines.
Strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary).
Presentation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strategic and analytical thinking when solving problems.
Understanding of both Google and Bing.
Understanding of Google Ads, and a basic understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Schedule
Full-Time Shift: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm CST.
